LA CENA IN PIAZZA
In the evening, when the sky above the Piazza turns blue, the candles on the tables take the place of the sun. Voices arrive before the people. Long, convivial tables fill with the dishes this land knows how to make, and with people who have never met, yet by the end of dinner part as if they had. The Piazza does the rest.
The alleys of the Borgo are still warm from the day. Someone sits, someone pours a drink, dinner begins. The music carries through it all, but never overwhelms. It’s simply there, like the candles, like the wine.

CAPOCANALE FEAST
Amidst ancient olive trees and the warmth of the bonfires, the long tables of Capocanale are set: a summer dinner in the countryside, steeped in rural customs and warm conviviality. The cutturrid, a traditional dish cooked in a pot, blends with the stories of the harvest. The cheesemaker prepares the giuncata before astonished eyes, while the Massaia teaches the art of making strascinate by hand. A dinner that goes beyond a mere meal, where every flavour tells of deep-rooted traditions, and every smile evokes the simplicity of times gone by.
